Rent guarantee
With our membership SUFFREN INSURANCE ASSOCIATE - SAA - and the DAS, your rents are guaranteed without time limit. Our contract group allows you to benefit from preferential rates ie 1.90% TTC in GLI (standard warranty) and 3.04% TTC in GRL (guaranteed rental risks). In addition, we do not take fees on claims management.
Diagnostics rental
We carry out the mandatory diagnostics, ECD (Energy Performance Certificate) and Carrez law, by our partner, AGENDA, the first national network, and through our group contract, you get the best rates.
The small "plus" AGENCY SAINT JEAN
We help you to return your property income after you have reported all the items on your property (work, management fees, taxes ... deductible). Direct bank transfers from your rent monthly or quarterly, at your convenience. Deposit not maintained, you will be returned as soon as due from the tenant.
AGENCY SAINT JEAN is guaranteed for the operations of the Property Management SOCAF for a maximum of € 250 000.
